Gezana Terms of Service

Acceptance of Terms

By engaging with our digital properties or accessing the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

Use of Service

Gezana is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You must meet the minimum age required under the laws of your place of residence to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service and, in any event, be at least 12 years old. By using Gezana, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Intellectual Property

Our Property: The Gezana application, including its proprietary platform architecture and all associated digital assets, is owned exclusively by TGLO Labs. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service or included software without our written permission.

Your Content: You retain ownership of any original content you input into the Service. By using Gezana, you grant us a strictly necessary operational license to process that content for requested output generation, service delivery, security, and functionality maintenance.

AI-Generated Content: Responses generated by our AI service are provided for your personal use. You may use AI-generated outputs for lawful purposes, but you acknowledge that: (a) similar outputs may be generated for other users; (b) AI outputs are not guaranteed to be unique, accurate, or free from errors; and (c) you are solely responsible for how you use any AI-generated content.

Subscriptions and Payments

Gezana offers both free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are processed through authorized mobile marketplace billing systems, with subscription administration supported by service partners.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's App Store or Play Store settings.
• Refunds are subject to the policies of Apple or Google, as applicable.
• We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with reasonable notice.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

General Prohibitions

• Any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive activity
• Harassment, abuse, threats, or hate speech directed at any individual or group
• Impersonating any person, entity, or falsely claiming affiliation with any organization
• Violating the privacy or intellectual property rights of others
• Distributing malware, viruses, or any code designed to harm systems or users

AI-Specific Prohibitions

• Attempting to manipulate, reverse-engineer, or circumvent the operational logic, safety systems, moderation controls, or access restrictions of the Service
• Using technical or linguistic techniques to obtain restricted behavior, extract protected instructions, or access unauthorized functionality
• Generating illegal content, including but not limited to: child exploitation material, instructions for violence or terrorism, or content that violates applicable laws
• Using AI outputs to create deepfakes, impersonate real individuals, or spread misinformation
• Automated or bulk usage, scraping, or programmatic access without explicit written permission
• Using AI responses as authoritative specialized or professional advice without independent verification by qualified professionals
• Reselling, redistributing, or commercially exploiting AI-generated content without authorization

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, where we reasonably determine that conduct is harmful to the integrity, safety, security, or operation of the Service or its users, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Abuse of the Service or other users
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Non-payment of subscription fees
• Requests from law enforcement or government agencies
• Extended periods of inactivity

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting support@gezana.app.

Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, including its technical or operational delivery, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms of Service periodically. Substantive updates will be reflected in the Last Updated record and, where appropriate, communicated through established digital channels. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

AI Disclaimer

User-submitted content is processed solely as necessary to provide the Service and generate requested outputs. Such content is not used to train external foundational or generative models.

The Service provides probabilistic outputs that may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or other artifacts inherent to machine generation. The Service is not a substitute for specialized professional consultation, and outputs should be independently reviewed before being relied on for important or specialized decisions. TGLO Labs is not responsible for actions taken based on AI-generated content.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, COMPLETENESS, OR TIMELINESS OF ANY CONTENT, INCLUDING AI-GENERATED RESPONSES. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TGLO LABS AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Loss of data or data corruption
• Loss of goodwill or reputation
• Personal injury or property damage
• Any damages arising from AI-generated content or your reliance thereon

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) FIFTY POUNDS STERLING (£50).

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction, except where prohibited by applicable law.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may also have rights under the laws of your country of residence, and nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
