Delete your Gezana account.

You can permanently delete your Gezana account and the data associated with it at any time. We process deletion requests within 30 days.

Option 1 — Delete in the app

  1. 1. Open Gezana on your phone and sign in.
  2. 2. Tap the menu (☰) → Settings.
  3. 3. Tap Account → Delete account.
  4. 4. Confirm. Your account and chat history are scheduled for permanent deletion.

Option 2 — Email request

If you no longer have access to the app, email support@gezana.app from the address associated with your account with the subject line "Delete my Gezana account". We'll verify your identity and confirm deletion within 30 days.
